Guest staff and guest students at KU without a KU-ID can be added to the guest list that is kept at Entrance 2. If you can show the welcome staff that you can log into e.g. myUCPH, you will be granted access..

We recommend arriving via the street Universitetsparken. On the festival day, the street will be closed for cars and available for bike parking.

If you do not have a KU-ID, please ask your department to write to VIP@kufestival.dk no later than Thursday May 22th in the evening. 

If you are signed up through KU alumni secretariat and have received a ticket from them, you are automatically added to the guest list in Entrance 2. Remember to bring your ticket either on mobile or print.
